ضيف الشرف والمتحدث الرئيسي هو "رود بيكستروم"، الرئيس والمدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة الإنترنت للأسماء والأرقام المخصصة (ICANN)، الهيئة العالمية المسؤولة عن إدارة نظام نطاقات وأرقام الإنترنت والذي سيتحدث عن أهمية تدويل أسماء نطاقات الإنترنت وإسهام ذلك في بناء شبكة إنترنت قائمة على تعددية اللغات.
يعد بيكستروم خبيراً في مجال الأمن المعلوماتي الدولي وقد عمل مديراً للمركز الوطني للأمن المعلوماتي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وله عدة مؤلفات من أهمها كتاب "نجم البحر والعنكبوت: القوة الكاسحة للمنظمات اللامركزية" وهو أحد أعلى الكتب مبيعاً.
